Tom Penny Sighting
Along with some other Supra team riders, Tom Penny recently rolled the streets of Quebec City. Here are more pics from the trip. I wish I could have witnessed some of that trip, so close yet so far...

Thanks Michael
Michael Jackson
August 29, 1958 – June 25, 2009
I will always remember the day I got Thriller. My grandparents bought it for me, I don't remember why but it was sunny that day and I had the new Michael Jackson tape. I vividly remember unwrapping the tape from the plastic and placing the tape in the boom box and pressing play and the first sounds of "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'" kicked in, as my mom, sisters and grandparents watch and listened along. It was just one of those moments that just shapes you (I think the next moment was when I saw a Guns and Roses video for the first time.)
That was almost 30 years ago...and I still get stoked.
It doesn't matter what you are doing, classic Michael Jackson songs make things better.
Thanks Michael, for all the memories and the great times ahead.

Maloof Money Cup Street Course Unveiled
Here is the first renderings of the street course for the Maloof Money Cup going on July 10-12th in SoCal. The course was put together by Geoff Rowley and Joe Ciaglia with a lil help from some friends, Colby Carter, Mark Waters and pro skaters Lance Mountain, Braydon Szafranski and Erik Ellington. Inspired by actually skate organic skate spots this years course will feature; LA’s Sunset up-down corner ledge, the Barcelona ledge and the Big Fours and 12-stair from Rincon in San Diego. On top of those sick features, there is the spitting image of Pier 7 and San Francisco’s “3 Up -3 Down”, as well as UC Irvine’s 6-stair hubba and rails.
There is also a bump-to-picnic table feature which was picked by TWS Mag from a ton of submitted entries from it followers, Chris C. of Manalapan, New Jersey submitted the winning feature.
Its going to be a crazy weekend of skating and we will be there to cover it all!
