Hip hop has lost another great solider. Guru showed you could be hard as fuck and still get down with Donald Byrd and the like. His falling out with Primo and the breakup of Gangstarr (and the other stuff with Solar) is greatly over shadowed by his contribution not only to hip hop but music and culture in general.
